purpose of the phone call.

return phone call.
- You should contact the coaching staff
(as a minimum) for the following reasons:
- You and your child will not be
able to make a game or practice.
- Please give at least a 24 hour
notice, since your teammates and coaching staff are
depending on you.
- Your child is ill or is injured
and will not be able to participate in either a practice
or a game.
- Please give both the coaching
staff and team as much time as possible.
- You or your child have a
problem/concern with another player, the coaching staff,
playing time, game activities, etc. Please adhere to the
“24-Hour Rule” as mentioned earlier.
- How and When the coaching staff will contact
you:
- We would like to contact you by one of the
two methods:
- By phone
- We will contact you by phone when
it is important to either talk to you or your child in
person or to pass on important information.
- By e-mail
- We would like to be able to
contact you by e-mail, since e-mail is the fastest and
easiest way of passing out information.
- Please give the coaching staff an
e-mail address that you will be able to check on a
regular basis. Some times that you should check your
e-mail would be both prior to and after practices and
games.
- This will not replace the
importance of/nor the use of personal interface.
- We may use this method for passing
out schedules, game time changes, game practice
cancellations, player information/statistics, etc.
- All information given to the coaching
staff is considered private and will not be given out unless
consent is received from you personally.
